Kayla Sapakoff
MA, LMFT
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. My work is grounded in a multicultural, trauma-informed, and systemic approach, shaped by experience in university counseling, community mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, infidelity, identity exploration, anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and self-esteem. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and am especially passionate about supporting women and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, drawing from narrative therapy, solution-focused, emotion-focused, and family systems approaches. I strive to create an inclusive space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they explore meaningful growth, healing, and connection.
