Meghan Atwell
MSW, LSW
I am a Licensed Social Worker with a bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling and Prevention from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and life transitions.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build coping skills, better understand their experiences, and create more fulfilling lives.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that is supportive, safe, authentic, and compassionate. My goal is for each individual to feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
