Sasha Silberman
MSW, LSW
Many children and teens today feel overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, school stress, social challenges, or self-criticism. I provide a supportive space where young people can feel safe, understood, and free to express themselves without pressure.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents to help them better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and grow in confidence. My sessions are active and engaging, incorporating play therapy, art, mindfulness, CBT, and narrative approaches tailored to each client’s developmental needs.

With a background in education, I bring a steady and structured approach to supporting children with attention challenges, behavioral struggles, and emotional regulation. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a space where clients and families feel supported, connected, and empowered.
