Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Evans Counseling is growing, and we’re looking for full-time licensed therapists to join our team. 

​We are an insurance-based group private practice with two Denver locations — Cherry Creek and Highlands — and we’re currently hiring clinicians to provide in-person and virtual therapy services.  

​

We’re looking for therapists who are passionate about providing quality care, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and are ready to build and maintain a consistent caseload of 25+ clients per week.

What We’re Looking For

• Fully licensed in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and in good standing
• Willingness to maintain a minimum caseload of 25+ clients per week
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality care

• Specialized training
• Spanish speaking a plus

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time (W-2 Employee)
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000+ per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekend availability optional)
Education: Master’s Degree required
Experience: 2+ years post-graduate clinical experience preferred
Work Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO)
