Kaitlin Rhind
MSW, LSW
I am a Licensed Social Worker with over five years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, trauma, PTSD, OCD, neurodivergence, identity exploration, relational challenges, and life transitions. I earned my BA in Psychology from San Diego State University and my Master of Social Work from Colorado State University, with experience in community mental health, child advocacy, and intensive outpatient care.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, authenticity, humor, and compassion. As an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I prioritize creating a safe, attuned, and supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered in their healing process.
My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and integrative, blending somatic-based practices with DBT, ACT, and ERP. Together, we work to better understand your experiences, build nervous system regulation, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable growth.
