Zachary Shearer
MSW, LCSW
I work with children, teens, adults, and families seeking support through life's challenges and transitions. I have experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, family challenges, and LGBTQ+ identity and related concerns.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe therapy should not only provide insight, but also equip clients with effective tools they can use in their everyday lives.

My clinical work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
