I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating developmental disabilities, OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy. I help clients build confidence, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills while reducing stigma and increasing understanding around mental health.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer caregiver coaching and support for parents navigating trauma-informed communication and neurodivergent-affirming care. I strive to create a safe, approachable space where clients feel supported, empowered, and free to move at their own pace, often incorporating play and art-based interventions to make therapy engaging and accessible.
